6月7日(日)、「milpa」よりWillyシェフをお招きし、一日限りのペアリングイベントを開催いたします。

 

日本で初めてメキシコ料理にてミシュラン一つ星を獲得したmilpa。
メキシコの伝統農法に由来するその名の通り、トウモロコシを中心に据えた料理は、土地の記憶や文化を一皿に映し出します。

 

素材の持つ力を最大限に引き出し、シンプルでありながら奥行きのある味わいを表現します。

 

本イベントでは、繊細に設計されたコーヒーとメキシコ料理を掛け合わせ、それぞれの個性が響き合うペアリングをご提供いたします。

 

想像を超える組み合わせが、新たな味覚の発見へと導きます。

 

コースは、コーヒー5種と料理5皿による約2時間の体験です。

On June 7th,
we are honored to welcome Chef Willy from milpa for a one-day pairing experience.

 

Milpa, the first Mexican restaurant in Japan to receive a Michelin star, takes its name from a traditional Mesoamerican farming system.

With corn at its core, each dish reflects the memory of land and culture— expressed through simplicity, yet layered with depth.

 

 

For this special event, we will present a pairing of delicately crafted coffees with Mexican cuisine, allowing each element to resonate and elevate the other.

 

Unexpected combinations will lead to new sensory discoveries.

 

The experience consists of 5 coffees paired with 5 dishes,
designed as a course lasting approximately 2 hours.
