3年前にも一度販売しており大変好評いただきました。 エチオピアの西、ベンチ・マジ地区の森にGESHA VILLAGE 農園があります。 農園は標高・土壌・品種に応じて8つの区画(SHEWA-JIBABU, DIMMA, SHAYA, BANGI, SURMA, OMA, NARSHA, GAYLEE)に分けられています。

農園の品質管理責任者Jeff氏も個人的に最も気に入っている地区で、大きな古木が乱立し天然のシェードツリーとなっており、湿度も最も高く肥沃で、コーヒーの木はしっかりと土壌に根付き、GESHA1931種の風味特性が素晴らしく表現されているエリアです。 味わいは、ストロベリー、オレンジブロッサム、トフィー、ブラッドオレンジ。

Only the Top Selections From the Estate In 2017, Gesha Village held the first-ever private-estate coffee auction in Africa. Due to the overwhelming success of the inaugural event, the auction is now an annual event taking place each May or June, offering coffee roasters and enthusiasts worldwide the opportunity to taste and purchase the absolute top coffees that our farm produces.
